It's a beautiful matching stock! Like I said, I only have $200 in it so an extra $100 in woodwork wouldn't be a big deal to me - if it's possible. I have seen pics online of this type of work being done, I just don't know who would do it.

Yeah, that's pretty wood. By the way, your rear sight wings are on backwards. Is this a Jon Jovino import?
If it's JJ, it will usually be on the 'foot' of the charger bridge, and pretty small. I only ask, as for some reason JJ workers assembling parts rifles always seemed to put them on backwards.

I think I still have the rear half of a No. 1 Mk III forestock you could have. I used the front half to restore a No. 1 Mk I.
you may be able to cut what you need out of it and splice it into yours.
Most reasonably priced replacement stocks you're going to run across now will be from Ishapore drill rifles, which won't quite match your Lithgow. They're usually slightly thicker and have a notch near the rear.
