Good day all. I tried to search and couldn't find any answer. I inherited 3 assembled kit ARs. They are PSA kits on serialized Anderson lowers. Are they legal for me to sell? And if not what are my options? They're taking up too much space and I just want to get rid of them. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Yes, legal to sell serialized firearms in GA. Only issue might be barrel length if they're less than 16" with a stock attached.

Assuming you are in Georgia, You can sell them to anybody over 18 who is a resident of the Georgia and to your knowledge isn’t a felon.

If they're completed guns and the frames are serialized, there's no reason you can't sell them just as you could with a commercially assembled gun.

What you DO need to do is ensure that their receiver conforms to the way the gun has been assembled. If the receiver notes that it's a pistol, make sure of barrel length restrictions, lack of stock etc. (as DanKATL DanKATL notes above)

If they reside in another state from you, you can still sell but the transaction has to go through a FFL and you have to abide by the laws of the state both you and the buyer reside in.
