I found the ad in reference and see where it stated fired 10 times.
Yeah, would be hard to believe the issues the OP experienced while firing the weapon didn't happen with the seller as well but I guess only the seller knows for sure.
Used weapons always equate to Buyer Beware!

Thank you for saying that. I was new, not too long ago and I would never sell or trade a faulty gun. I would never Sell or Trade a non functioning gun unless specifically noted. There are people out there everywhere that have no morals or integrity and will hide truths just to make a sale.
Good comments, thanks.........He didn't even bother to leave me feedback. Can already left feedback be changed? I agree with Laufen (believe it or not...ha), I did put my suspicions aside and went ahead and gave the newby a chance. I probably still will, however I will pay a little more attention!
So basically you paid premium for a used gun, meaning the seller wanted full retail price of what he/she paid for it new..... alot of that going on ODT with newbies
I had an agreed deal with an established member a few days ago that was getting the end of the trade but I was happy with the agreed trade. As I was getting ready to walk out the door to meet the guy he called and said he just remembered he sold 2 of the 4 mags earlier we'd discussed, plus no case with contents. I'd only be getting the gun and 2 mags only but he still wanted my newer gun with 5 mags, gear and case with contents.
I thanked him for his time. Feedback score and post count have nothing to do with a mans character.

Hmm good point, that guys messed up! He didn't try to add cash or ammo etc. to even the trade? If not than kudos for backing out of that deal. True, feedback doesn't have anything to do with character, but it does have alot to do with experience in trading and that is all it's good for to begin with. Members feel comfortable dealing with people that have feedback than from those that don't. We were all newbies at one point and we all know how it feels when someone doesn't want to trade/sell/buy because of trust issues.
Another determining factor is that the CZ83 is no longer being manufactured.......
That would be a determining factor no doubt.
