You and GAgunLAWbooklet were SO CLOSE--It's a Model 242, a seven-shot L-Frame Centennial w/Titanium Cylinder in .38 Special, it is the "Little Brother" to the .44 Special 296...Only way to tell from the left side of the gun is the spacing of the Cylinder Flutes/Locking Bolt recesses in the Cylinder...

Made in several variations and in different calibers from the 1850s to the 1880s.
