You and GAgunLAWbooklet were SO CLOSE--It's a Model 242, a seven-shot L-Frame Centennial w/Titanium Cylinder in .38 Special, it is the "Little Brother" to the .44 Special 296...Only way to tell from the left side of the gun is the spacing of the Cylinder Flutes/Locking Bolt recesses in the Cylinder... :)

Frank Wesson "two trigger" single shot rifle. The forward 'trigger' is actually just the lever that allows this hinged action rifle to tip open for loading.

Made in several variations and in different calibers from the 1850s to the 1880s.
