I hope you guys are better at researching oddballs than I am, because I found this some time ago and I've already forgotten what it is! And I did not save any screenshots or notes about it.
 
Ok, I finally found the info on this gun.

Here are two hints:

ONE. it was based on the design of a rifle and the rifle version of this came out one year before the pistol version shown here.

TWO. Both the rifle and pistol versions were submitted to the military of a nation of Europe, and were adopted-- at least provisionally and in some small numbers.

The 14.5x114mm Cartridge is considerably more powerful than
a 50 BMG. The Soviet round throws a bullet 300 grains heavier (700 versus 1000 grains bullet weight)

at 500 ft./s faster velocity (2800 versus 3300 f.p.s.)
