Who does the turned down bolt jobs now? I had one done a few years ago by Big Gorilla Gunworks that came out very nice and at a good price. But they don't respond to email or answer the phone anymore.

Looking into it now. I have a pretty ratty Type 53 that I want the bolt job done on. I already shaved the bayonet and mount.

Did this one about 45 years ago. Took me all Winter and spring to do it. Only machine work on the stock was a router to cut the barrel channel.
