Let’s see those custom 1911 grips

I have to see if i saved the templet ... a made a dozen 3 or 4 years ago and it took two years for them to sail... pretty sure i did. Magwell or angle?

Would like to have some grips by BLIP , but my only 1911 has a magwell and I kind of like textured grips on it. I really like curly/figured wood.

I had to stop checkering ... it was taking me over and hour a set. I have an additive to the oil that doesnt slip... kind of gives a snakeskin look at certain angles

Gary “Schmitzoid” put these together with faux ivory, and 1911 dated coins of unknown to me value... I think they are dimes? At any rate they hold a HIGH value to me because of the maker...

here are some grips from the past, I just stick with the 1911 now when there is enough set everything up. Yes I still cut and finish every set by hand.
