Someone needs to start an investment fund that tracks Congressional buys/sells.
Adjusted weekly, or so. Offer 3 options: balanced, Democrat weighted, Republican weighted.

Fast AND safe...

US T-Bills. They have tax advantages over CDs and HYSA.

Super simple to do. Set it and forget it.

But if you really want growth you need to be able to take on some risk. But hey, ya gotta be able to sleep at night and be comfortable with your decisions.

But T-Bills will never make you wealthy.

Are you suggested if you bought something in 2009 you'd be upside down now?
Of the options mentioned by OP, it's the no brainer.
Invest in RE, depending what you get, get actual use out of it, while it appreciates, and get great returns with even basic common sense (don't buy in Detroit).
