What you don't see is the other 5 PMAGS, 2 other G19 mags, my Emerson CQC-15, my Gerber foldable razor knife, the level 3 transport bag it all rides in and my iPhone 6 (since we are sharing phone pics too).
Here's an older pic with a few differences and my AR is an "official" SBR now.

Here is mine. Streamlight flashlight, Gerber multitool, Kershaw spring assist knife, S&W Shield in Crossbreed holster, spare mag, and Ruger LCP. Sometimes the shield is swapped for a Glock 26 or a Springfield XDS 9mm both in Alien Gear holsters with extra mags for each. Also the Gerber is swapped for a Leatherman Blast at times.
Does the holster not hinder you? It looks bulky- maybe I need to try one out.
Okay I'm checking that link right now to et a good view of that rear sight. I had no idea there was another option. I like the looks of the red grip but don't you think the Pearce rubber grip would be more comfortable. My factory grip kinda digs in a little after very few rounds. If I had your Baikal I would put this rear sight on it with some Red Army grips: http://www.gunpartswarehouse.com/pistol-parts/makarov-pistol/ij-70-fixed-rear-sight.html
