Liberal Drivel

Agreed. Saw that article this morning and thought it was crazy talk. You have been brainwashed by the "green" movement when you start thinking about the pollution that comes with dog ownership.

Saw that one awhile back. I guess that wold make the guy down the road with the pack of hunting dogs need to buy carbon credits? Maybe I can show him this article and he will feel remorse for the planet and get rid of his dogs? Then my nights could be nice and quiet!

Do your doodie duty

If you ask the Vales, dog poo isn't such a big deal compared to what goes in the other end. However, if you don't scoop up the poop, it can contaminate our waterways. If you're a city dweller and use plastic bags to clean up, choose biodegradable poop bags.

OMG, dogs POOP!?!? I wonder what they think of all the wild animals pooping. And *GASP* FISH! They poop RIGHT IN THE WATER!

Another silly article courtesy of CNN. I have noticed a trend item - the academics that produce the most ridiculous nonsense are invariably from the UK - as silly as Americans can be we are amateurs compared to them.

BTW - did you note the theme stated up front - by definition large carnivores are bad for the environment. I guess by extension alga are the "best" creatures. If only the world were only filled with one celled creatures and none of those pesky multi-cellular things. Think of all the carbon we'd save!

The assumption is that the environment itself is what matters not the creatures in it and certainly there is no special place for...man.

the environment is just fine, it is the fools like those people that write such stupid trash that we need to get off of the earth, in fact I say we load them all on the space shuttle and ship their butts to the moon.
