Try to wiggle the ribbon cord. This happened to me.

I have a Liberty gun safe and all of a sudden I cannot enter my combination in the keypad I have replaced the battery with 4 new batteries including the Duracell alkaline ones but still cannot enter my combination no beep, no sound no nothing this just started last night worked fine before that and I have to wait till Monday to call Liberty ANY HELP!!!!!!THANKS

I remember once reading about pushbutton locks on safes. Some of them had key slots or similar behind the key pad... do you have the manual for it and have thoroughly read it?
