Likely Fraud on Gunbroker

Definitely fraud

Fraud posters steal gun photos all the time from google photos

You can probably go there right now and find your photo of your gun

One way to prevent this is if it's too good it's probably fraud
Have them send you a picture with either today's date written on a piece of paper or your name and send it to you. You'll never hear from them because they can't take the picture since they don't have the gun.

Watermarking photos is a good preventive measure only if the watetmark is over the gun. It's To easy to crop off if not over the image.

I emailed the seller and asked if this was the gun I would get and how the bore looked; he replied simply "yes".
I replied that was strange since it was the exact gun with pictures and everything that I had for sale on a different site; he hasn't replied.

I love his terminology "driftable" sights
WTF is driftable

Oh he meant adjustable :)
