I still have not gotten in touch with ruffin flags but I have talked to someone @ www.unflags.com and they have flags and are out of Ga. I made an order with them but there is a limit you can order. Look then up and order while you still can.

I ordered the day the link was posted. Just came back to the thread today because I hadn't heard from them or received anything. As soon as I read the thread I filed a paypal dispute.
