I see it all the time when I'm out mountain biking. One of my biggest pet peeves is the dog walkers who collect up their dogs crap in one of those little baggies and then leave it.

A lost art these days. Just like a mans word meaning something. That sure as hell got lost over the years. Especially with my sorry excuse of a generation.
Nothing says hunting season like empty corn bags scattered down back roads.
I can't stand a litterbug. I keep trash bags in the gear box on my jeep, and pick up any trash I see while hiking, camping, or riding f/s roads.

One of the podcasts I listen to is based out of Utah, and the Dept. of Interior is using these kinds of things to shut down public lands for shooting out there. Same in AZ.

This really pisses me off. I used to spend a lot of time at Lake Russell WMA. A beautiful piece of land with a great trout stream running through it. Go down to the stream and find empty corn cans and worm cups. It's enough to make an indian cry.
It should be illegal to let balloons go. I find more freaking balloons out in the woods than anything else (private land). I bet every property you hunt has at least one on it right now.
