Little identification help from my Colt Experts?

Hey, had a friend’s father unfortunately passed away and left him this. It’s not my expertise so any info on model condition and what it’s worthwould be appreciated!

1918 or 1922 Police Postive.

In the condition it's in, about $400 to $500, Top end, IMO.

There are actually lot of 95% plus condition PP out there for $800 and struggling to sell.

The grips are correct for that period, FWIW.
