@SafeCracka what is involved with “service” of a S&G dial lock ?
If i remove the interior door back and vacume dust and all out, do i just use dry graphite to lube ?

Spin to the left about 10-20 times every time you open it helps. Sometimes it takes me that long to remember the combo anyhow. And it keeps the dust and dog hair out of the mechanism.

Never EVER use graphite. To answer your question , call someone to service it. There's lots of things that can go wrong and end up locking yourself out of the safe.
