Paid Sticky Purchase Agreement

This Paid Sticky Agreement ("Agreement") is an agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, "You" or "Your") and {boardtitle} ("We", "Our" or "Us") for the use of the Paid Sticky Service ("Service"). {boardtitle} reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. By purchasing the Paid Sticky Service (or authorizing any other person to do so) You warrant that you are capable of entering into a binding agreement, that You have read and understand this Agreement and that You accept its terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the successful proccessed payment by You of the applicable fee for the Service, {boardtitle} will sticky Your thread for the time defined on the checkout screen.

2. Rights

The Service is provided to You only under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

3. Termination

The Service is effective for the time and price specified on the checkout screen when successful proccessed payment has been confirmed. You may terminate the Service at any time by contacting a member of site staff or using the site contact form. We reserve the right to revoke the Paid Sticky Service or any Paid Stickies at any point for any reason.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that the Service has not been developed to meet Your individual requirements, and that it is therefore Your responsibility to ensure Service meets your requirements prior to purchase. You acknowledge that the Service may not be free of bugs or errors, and agree that the existence of errors shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. You also achknowledge this agreement does not guarantee the availability or accessability of the Service or {boardtitle} in general.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for losses or damages suffered by You, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to 100% of the purchase price.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless {boardtitle} and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or caused by Your use of the Service. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of the service provided, once the Paid Sticky service has begun there will be no refunds or partial refunds of any kind.
