The extra locks are a must. A thief broke into my dad's a few years ago with a flat head screwdriver. Just pried his way in.

Man, that sucks - really sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, a thief is a thief. If they want in, they'll figure it out. As a renter without kids, I'm looking more for a storage solution hybrid.
