So, I have previously seen a set of handguards on a used build that came through my shop with Picatinny rails on the top and bottom, and with either Keymod or MLOK on the left and right. I have been able to find something sort of like this with a short piece of picatinny on the bottom, like right at the front, but I'm looking for a rail with full length picatinny on top and bottom. Basically allowing picatinny accessories on top and bottom, while remaining much slimmer than the quad rail handguards. If anyone knows of anything like this, I'd really appreciate the info.

Eeeewwww. Just get an mlok handguard that has the fulllength top rail and add pic pieces, if that truly is what you want to use, to the bottom as necessary. Lighter, more comfortable, and less cheese grater.

The solid picatinny at the bottom works better for the type of foregrips im trying to attach. Plus the 37mm Flare / Smoke Grenade launcher needs a full picatinny rail to mount properly.
