Want to Buy Looking for a Garand display case

I was recently blessed with the opportunity to adopt a new best friend from a work associate. This little fellow will make sure I live longer and happier, I'm sure.
My coworker won't take anything in return, as he was just looking to home his many puppies with good homes.
His told me his late grandfather left him a bring home M1 Garand that is in very good condition. It is a beauty.
He mentioned that he would like to display it and thus this post:
I am looking for an appropriate display case for am M1 Garand and am open to suggestions or offers to purchase.

Lots of them around. A quick search turned up a bunch. If you do not have one made custom (250ish and up), something like this might work.

I agree. Unfortunately my guns now sit in a safe and all it does for me now is collect dust. It's an oak curved glass gun cabinet with 3 shelves in the curved part of the glass. I have an emotional attachment to it so I haven't been pushing hard to sell it. But sometimes you see a post like the OP's and realize that would be a better place for it.

That is an amazing piece, but I am looking for a mantle type display case.
If I had the room, I'd get it for me.
It is a beauty and I appreciate the offer.
