I'm in the market for a kydex IWB and OWB holster for my S&W Shield 9mm. I'm familiar with the large well known companies with high prices and long production times but I was hoping someone could give me a referral on a lesser known company that they've dealt with and had a good experience.

Second to aegis armory. Still about 60 so not super cheap, but I have absolutely no regrets about buying it Ans feel it is worth every penny.

Just Bought two Aegis holsters from neat little gun room up in Oakwood, GA ( Cedar Creek ODT) & am very pleased with the comfort, fit, & weapon access. hides real well; decent pricing & just luck that Cedar Creek had the very color (black on black) I would have ordered had I mail ordered them.

Seems lots of folks are happy with aegis. I'd give one a try if I weren't so hellbent that all my gun leather be made out of...well...leather. Yes! I require an animal must sacrifice its skin in order for me to be armed hands free. It's a spiritual thing. Don't judge.
