Looking for Logo Design

Do any members of our ODT community provide logo design services?

I am setting up a corporation and need a logo that includes three commonly available elements and our business name. The logo will need to be produced in a scalable format and files that can be used on the following:

Web Banner
Home Page Banner
Letterhead
Business cards
Small signs

I prefer someone with a experience, but will work with a graphic arts student, too. Fees are negotiable, but my budget is a little limited as this is a startup.
