I'm designing a new house using ICFs. I also want to do clear span floor and roof trusses.
Looking for someone who can do the calculations for footings, basement wall rebar schedule, truss loads, roof mounted solar panel racks, balcony mounts, etc.
I'm doing this self-pay and live in a county with no permits or inspections but I still want to follow code. So I'm looking for a real professional (and I expect to pay for that) but they don't necessarily have to be current on licensure, etc.
This is for a modest size house, not a mansion. So far what I've found calling around is my project is too big/custom for the quickie "glance and stamp" but not big enough for a full engineering house to take on. Hoping I can find somebody that wants a side project.
