I ended up at the GA Firing Line in Marietta. Took 10 minutes. The local jewelry store in Carrollton stopped doing it.

I had mine done last year at the Atlanta west store on the square in Carrollton. Was that the one that stopped doing it?

A dealer in Atlanta told me that SBRs no longer need to be engraved but not seeing that online? The only thing I saw with a quick search said something about engraving with a pistol brace. I just submitted my form 1 a few days ago so need to make sure too!

If it's an approval you got through the brace rule amnesty, then you do not have to engrave. If it's a normal Form 1, engraving is still required under the rules.
