I think the reason everyone is trying to push you to build your own is...... You CAN'T take possession of the firearm
if it is built as a SBR until you have the stamp in hand.
In other words, if you purchase it from Bravo Company, they will ship it to XYZ gun dealer that has the proper license.
Then you will purchase this firearm. NO you don't get to take it home with you. It sits in there safe for about 6 months until you get you stamp from the ATF. NOW you get to find out if there are any problems with the new firearm and if there are you just opened a whole nother can of worms. If Bravo then decides it must replace the lower under warranty, YOU are screwed. Start all over.
The old lower stamp is now garbage.
You want to have your lower in possession and know it works flawlessly before buying a 200.00 stamp that is good for that lower with that serial number. Plus you get to build the SBR the way you want by putting a pistol buffer on it while you wait for the stamp
