What's a general price baseline for cerakoting anyway? I'm considering getting the frame and slide of a 1911 done. Nothing special just one color for each.

Usually $75-$100 for each piece(frame and slide/upper and lower). Add more for disassembly and assembly. I paid $185 for a upper and lower taken apart and put back together.
