Heard this on a podcast last night. Seems like they shut down and went dark a week or so ago.
Kind of strange since they came out ahead against the ATF ion the frame and recover rule, but I'm guessing legal costs were the nail in the coffin. They also have a lot of state-level lawsuits against them as well, so maybe they were figuring one of those would take them out.
This is the only article I could find with a quick search, but I'm sure there's more info out there.
