I know a lot of people down at USPS and I called and just told them to keep a lookout for me, my mail carrier came up to me the next day and talked my ear off for 20 minutes about how it wasn't her. I didn't pay for it and it's not like it was a check or something, I don't care. It happens. Why you'd mail a coin without wrapping it i'm not sure but it doesn't matter. Lol
