Lots of SNIPER rifles for sale

I think a "sniper rifle" is a vague term that people use to make rifles sound like they are evil or they are mega cool and you have to buy it. A "precision rifle" would be rifle with sub moa at distances of at least 1000 yards (my definition). I try not to label people or weapons because it just causes arguments.

Sniper is one step below a tactical rifle, but still one step above a custom rifle. All of which are below the ever vague rare rifle. But you can still make a reasonable offer, unless of course the seller is just testing the water, doesn't need to sell and mentions they will just put it back in the safe.
Marketing
There is no such thing as a "tactical" vest, trouser, hat, or rifle. It is just a word to make it sound awesome and separate mall ninjas from their money.
Case in point.

A sniper can use any rifle and make it a sniper rifle. Tactical has to do with tactics, but marketing departments don't care about accuracy. They are right. If I were to list 2 shotties, the same price and model with only a difference in color, the black "home defense" shotgun will sell faster. It is what it is.
