This course will demonstrate proper techniques, tactics and conditions that affect a shooter when light is diminished. With over 65% of all shootings taking place in diminished lighting conditions, it is vitale to learn how to operate under diminished lighting conditions and how to operate with and without a redundant light source. This course will focus on pistol techniques and long gun demonstrations throughout the course to enable the student to make a sound decision on which platform is best for them. This course will cover; overview of basic shooting techniques, one hand manipulations, flashlight selection, flashlight and weapon techniques , principles of room clearing in low light conditions and review of O.C.G.A 16-3-21 and related legal statues regarding self defense.

Recommended Equipment:
* Pistol with 2 magazines (mag pouch and holster)
* 150 rds of ammunition
*Long gun is optional (student will index their ammo usage)
* Hand held flash light (spare batteries or flashlight recommend)
* Comfortable clothing
* Eye and Ear protection (suitable for low light conditions)
* Hydration

Class will be taught at the Barrow County Sheriffs Range, located at 1059 Briscoe Mill Rd, Bethlehem, GA 30620. We will start at 1700hrs and finish around 2100hrs

I like the addition of the discussions on Ga. Law. Anyone who has not taken a low-light class should strongly consider it.
Many defensive shootings happen under these conditions & the learning curve can be quite costly.... much more than the price of this class.
