i was given a 4220 luminox watch almost exactly 2 years ago as a gift. Watch was almost $600. The band broke last night in my sleep. Anyone else had any trouble with theirs? I already wrote their customer service. We shall see what they say. I bet they will say it's a wear and tear item and not under warranty.
I hope I don't have to buy a $40 band every two years.....

My titanium band just broke after about ten years, I bought and 8.00 plafstic/rubber one at Wallyworld...works just fine till I get a new link pin.

I take my watch, ring and glasses off every night. When I wake up in the middle of the night....I am an old guy, so its "when" not "if"....and I want to know the time, I have an illuminated clock radio on the table

Best bet is to get on eBay or the dreaded Amazon and order a nice Nato strap. Black would look best on this watch but lots of colors and multi color ( ugly) bands are available very cheap. Just make sure you know the measurements between the lugs so you get the right width band.

But they're so ugly!
