Luminox watch repair

Any reputable jeweler should be able to do. I have 2 Luminix watches, ome is with 2 separate time zones and 24 hr movement. Love it
An hour marker fell off on my Mathey Tissot. Jeweler in Carrollton charged only $25 to fix it. I do not see a second hand being much more.
