Anyone know how to adjust the time on a luminox any help would be appreciated

Unscrew the stem counter clockwise and the pull the stem out all the way. It will click 2 times. Half way out, the first click, is the position to adjust the date. All the way out, the second click, is the position for adjusting the time.
