Worth the trip if ME and TE is reasonable well worth it

I had Mr Hook work over my shooter Garand about ten years ago. His signature was white grease pen. Still the best Garand I’ve ever shot. Not much white left after sooo many range trips

Just got my M1 back from Steve today. He really is a terrific guy, Garand is where it needs to be now. If you have one or any of the m1 series you should have him look it over

For the work? My particular service cost 100 bucks plus parts, which ended with a grand total of 150 dollars. Now each gun is different and may need more/less attention than what I had done but I can assure whatever Steve charges is way less than what it would cost at any other specialist shop.
