Righter13 was kind enough to make my shop a part of his road trip down from PA today. Most of you will not get the chance to meet this young soldier and gentleman (kind of) because he is serving way up in enema territory, Pennsylvania. He is an impressive young lad and a credit to our armed forces. He showed up bottle in hand but not just any bottle, a bottle with Dobbs Defense engraved on it. Then he bought his Grandfather ,who is a WWII veteran, a rifle from me. Then he asked me to do a special etching on the stock. It was a very sentimental and respectful piece. The kind of thing that lets you know what kind of guy you are dealing with. Of course I did the best I could for him, he got the ODT/ Military/Impressed me discount on all that. I am sorry to say I could not do a barrel for him while he was in town and circumstances made it difficult to ship back to him, Sorry man.

Anyway, in honor of the impression that Righter13 left on me today:


For EVERYBODY
#1 Righter13 gets to pick someone (and their guest) to come spend an hour or so on my private range with my toys and burn my ammo. He has one month to decide, so call it May 18th but he can pick sometime the week before.
Anybody that Righter13 picks not military guys, unless they happen to be.

For MILITARY

Why you appreciate the sacrifice he, and soldiers before him, have made and will make for you.( I appreciate their sacrifice because it is the reason that I have the opportunities I have in life
Why you (or your guest) deserve an awesome freebie day.(Compared to the military members I am very undeserving but I did put the white in white flour. Oh and I only have one leg so Nonlib can get some awesome video of a one legged man shooting and that would be bad. The last reason is because it will give me a chance to check out Dobbs Defense.

Wow great giveaway.

I would like to enter #2 for my brother.

My brother is 17 and had his Dad(my stepdad) die in February. His Dad was a Navy vet. We all share a love of guns and we used to shoot together a lot. I cannot replace his Dad but I am going to try and do a lot with him this year to try and keep his mind off of it.

He really looks up to the military and has considered joining himself. We all appreciate the sacrifice of the men and women who serve. This country could never have been as great as it is without them to protect us. I make sure to personally thank all of my friends that served when I see them.

Oh and you are a beautiful man.
