I dont know if he will even put in for it. He had the monroe county bow record up until recently, which was taken in 1989 and he caught a bunch of crap from jealous disgruntled friends who he didnt take with him and others claiming he didnt do it legally. I think he's going to have it officially scored but every other deer he has taken he just scored his self. He's a pretty humble guy and propably wouldnt even approve of me posting the pic on the web but I just wanted everyone to see a true GA monster.
it would be interesting to see what kinda shot that guy would have pulled off from 20 yards away with a bow........
Not sure of what your referring to but he shot the previous monroe co record "which is like #6 now" with a golden eagle bow, flipper rest, and fingers at 54 yards.
good stuff.
At the end of the day we are all hunters, because you choose to do it the harder way doesnt make you better. Just because you shoot something with a rifle doesnt mean you cant shoot a bow.
