I've got a Magnum Research 1911C. I'd like to put a nightsite or at lest fiber or brass bead front sight on it. After looking into it the best I can tell is its "close to a Kimber dovetail. Some fitting required" NOT a Novak cut.
Anyone have any experience with fitting a Kimber front sight to a Magnum Research? Or better yet, anyone know where to buy a proper front sight I can just drop in.
