The kid and I were trying to play paintball yesterday. If ya left your gun in the sun for more than 10mins the balls would melt in the hopper to a yellow, slimy goo. We finally packed it up about 1600, just wasn't worth fighting it anymore. Got heat induced T-Storms popping up close now, our power keeps going in and out. 10MPH breeze out there and it still feels like a blast furnace.

Should've been at the cookout, when it was 110 degrees, give or take 30 degrees!

It was hot at the cookout. It was so hot, i was sporting a camelback water bladder. glad i brought that thing.

Been painting the house last couple days. Got to get it done or I'd just wait. Work for an hour, come inside for an hour. I stink.

I'll raise the stakes - I've been re-roofing the house this week. I've been working between 6 and 9 pm in order to survive.

My thermometer on my truck has shown 111 degrees the last 2 days. AFTER running long enough for the ac to cool it off and it was parked in the shade.
