*Important thing to know*

It says that you can start setting up at 0700 on Saturday morning. Do NOT get there that early, you’ll be sitting in your truck for at least 30 minutes.

I helped with an event there last week, and happened to speak with the lady who runs the Civic Center - she was surprised when I said I’d be there at 0700… said she would be lucky to get there to open the doors by 7:15, and then had to get Okuma set up, and only after THAT could us vendors be let in.

So…7:30-8:00 is a better estimate

Ewww that's bad. I can adjust my schedule to come in a little later. I come in from Douglasville and am almost always among the first to show up for set up.

So if Okuma lets us know that we can't get in at 7am then I'll adjust appropriately.

It's going to be a blast.

Gonna be tight time wise setting up for some of the guys who have a lot of stuff to bring in. I don't have a lot, so might show up at 8, so others with a lot can get to the unloading area out back .

Yes, but I don't think it would be a significant negative impact.

I know two guys who are vendors who will be at the Expo show and not at the ODT show. One is a newer FFL and that’s ok the other is a longtime member, also though are those guys contractually obligated to show up for the RK shows like old criminal Eastman did them?

Iirc this isn't the first time and the shows had good attendance.
