Biker, I have to agree with you. We always set up on the evening before and they back door and front door were both opened for quite a while and it wasn't too bad. The mad rush on show day was a cluster mess. We just stood back and watched since everything was ready and there were massive crowds trying to get in and get registered and stuff even with half the folks sitting up the day before. We will just do our best. I've got a lot of stuff to go on my table and it's going to take a while so we will be one of the first there but no telling, even that early, how far back of the line we will be.

Getting extra Milky Ways just in case.

I suspect this will be our last show. I've been pruning my guns for a while now, moving most of them to daughter and son-in-law with specific items for each grandkid. So, the gun collection, after this show, will be just the necessary items for self defense and Ms. Carol has directed me to clean a lot of stuff out of my "office" so a lot of that will come to the show. I plan to live minimalist after this for the few years I have remaining.

I hear you. I figure one tote and five rifle cases. That's it. Nothing else this year. It should all fit on one cart run.

I can't sleep the night before appointments, family get-togethers, or doing the show. I figure Grace and I'll be at the front door way early. Can't help it.

If Okuma could arrange it, he should have vendors meet on FRIDAY at a local public location with ODT leadership to get their passes and vendor stuff. That could be done out of a car. It would relieve some of the hassle on Saturday morning.

Hell, I'd be willing to do it.

RIA 1911 22TCM with 9 mm barrel and 22 TCM ammo

Vendor list updated, a few booths and one table left as of right now.

We will send out an info email to all vendors later today.

Vendor load in wont be that bad. We did the Macon show the same way and it worked better than expected.

We will have a check in table at the loading docks in the back and at the front door from 7:00am to 9:30am on Saturday morning.
