Medical or Religious Exemption Experience with Employer Questions

I received official notification from my employer that 100% of employees now require vaccinations or be terminated. Employees have the option applying for a religious or medical exemption. Does anyone have actual first hand (not by brothers cousins sister in laws best friends sister) experience with this process? Is there anything you can share with me? Did you engage with an employment attorney? Please PM me anything you feel would be useful.

And since this ODT after all, let me check the boxes: Tacos – Check, Treefiddy – Check ….
Thanks in advance

The main problem: ALL of them currently in use are Emergency Use Authorization only. None of them currently in use are approved by the FDA. They cannot legally force you to take experimental shots. The Pfizer vaccine that was approved is not available until next year!

Secondly, all of the manufacturers shots either use or contain aborted human fetus cells.

Concerning the vaccine, how does a person argue religious exemption?

Go to this website and view the video. All manufacturers of the COVID shots either used or use human aborted fetuses for their shots. https://rumble.com/vl3hpi-vaccine-exemption-guide-mat-staver.html

The tissues are not used in the actual shot. Actually, a number of common medications used similar methods in their creation. So, if a person uses acetaminophen or bismuth salycilate, or simvastatin, then how can a Christian claim religious exemption.

Don't take my word for it. Take the word of an agency that's been to the SCOTUS. This is what they state in their letter:

I cannot receive a COVID-19 vaccine because to do so would violate my sincerely held religious beliefs. All of the currently available COVID-19 vaccines used cell lines originating from aborted children in their manufacturing or testing. As a Christian, I believe that life begins at conception and ends at natural death.

Being real here, but I can hardly put my faith in a site called rumble.com when it comes to research. Remember, if you are getting free legal advice, then you are getting exactly what you pay for. Right now, in this country alone, there are 181 million people who are fully vaccinated. Apparently, they are all going straight to hell for messing with stuff that used human fetus cells. I guess it's gonna get a lot more crowded down there.....

If going in front of SCOTUS is the bar for getting accurate information, shouldn't we only considering the side of the cases that won? Is that not what determines the law of the land?

This forum is no different from Rumble or Facebook or Twitter. It is all opinion and that includes what I am writing here. It is up to all of us to do the best for ourselves and our loved ones. We can do this by looking at all the information out there before making important decisions. Many times, that means stepping out of one's comfort zone a little. When it comes to science, I try to listen to scientists in the related field. When it comes to religion, that's another story, but I am of the belief that you can have both and find an intelligent and relative balance.

That is the point behind the religious exemption. It is what "you" believe.
