I was at store in Jackson and this guy had a ruger 10/22 marked full retail. This was before covid and all the crazy stuff. I asked him what he could do on it. Joker snatched it out of my hands, put it up, and walked to the other end of the counter. Nice guy....

I thought the whole point of asking a higher price was so you can be jewed down to a more reasonable price. VS starting at a reasonable price and getting jewing down from that.

In my limited experience of 36 years of gun collecting and business, Jews ain't got nothin' on Gawja Neckbeards when it comes to begging a lower price.

In my married day's the wife wanted to have a yard sale. I don't mind going to yard sales but I loathe having one. I had a bunch of Tommy Hilfiger shirts that were new as in never worn still in the packaging. 2 bucks each and the Hispanics were buying them up no haggling. This woman has 4 of them in her hands and ask me if I'll take 50 cents each. Remember I loathe having a yard sale, I said Do I look like ****ing Monty Hall and Let's Make a ****ing Deal? That's my wife not Carroll Merrill and do you see 3 ****ing curtains? First and last time we had a yard sale.

I have a BCM 300 bo listed at $2000. In my ad I explain the price as the parts on it come to about $2200 and it's brand new. I further explain that if you want a BCM set up EXACTLY LIKE THIS ONE then it's a good deal. If you don't want it set up like this, it's too expensive. I even pointed out that you could build a stock bcm for around $1400.
So today a guy asked if I'd take $1500. I replied "no". Neither of us got mad about it. I'm only mad now because apparently I was supposed to start a thread about it.
