Microwave pork rinds

I think my wife gets these on Amazon. They’re great!

I grind them up and use them as a substitute for bread crumbs (as well as just plain ole chomping down on a few before smashing!) Also great when used with cheese, eggs and rinds blended and made into chaffles.

After reading this thread I looked in my cupboard and found a lone bag of them. It was out dated and looked a little greasy so my last trip to WM I restocked and enjoyed a bag of them the other night. My dogs also enjoyed them. I haven't explored the possibilities with these. My next bag I'm going to toss with some crispy garlic chili oil crunch. I'm betting it will be good.

Mind the monosodium glutamate in them, a lot of pork rids have this added to keep them crispy however, this additive is not a good thing to be consuming in any excessive quantities.
I've only had those one or twice in my life. But I did like them
