Prayers sent. I had the exact same cardioversion procedure in June 2020 at Emory for atrial flutter. It’s a very safe procedure. As the Electrophysiolgist will no doubt tell you and Mikey, he should give up alcohol (if he drinks) and lose weight (if he’s fat) to avoid the flutter returning, and stay on blood thinners no matter what in case it comes back to avoid risk of stroke.
