Mil-Surplus Hunters: What are you using?

I decided to use my 03A3 this year and love the shooting characteristics of this gun. She's a good bit heavier than my 336 but the accuracy, reliability and 30'06 report makes it all worth it.

How 'bout you guys? Anyone toting a K98, Enfield, M44, etc... In the woods this season?

I've taken a k98 mauser once and an SKS a couple times but nothing beats my 03a3

Probably the 36, its light, tough and all my shoots are under 60 yrds anyways

GA has no magazine restrictions for hunting.

there is no mag restrictions for hunting rifles in ga.

I like taking my garand, but I got a nice 8mm mauser from a fellow ODT'r I'm hopefully going to be able to try out

I prefer the thick stuff and a .35, but If I get invited somewhere with longer lines.
