Mini fighter with CORAL handle scales

Nitro-V stainless mini fighter, recurve with swedge. Medium stonewash. Scales are stabilized brain coral with blue resin dye. Brass pins/tube. Coral is incredibly difficult material to work with. Knife is SOLD.

Great looking. Does the coral require different tools to work with than stabilized wood? More along the line of working with stone?

It can still be done with standard grinding belts. Just have to be very careful. It'll also wear belts down very quick.
