I run a small business and there are ****bags everywhere. Sorry for meeting and working for one.

I use Microsoft outlook as my email platform. The most important part of that is the calendar. I always update and never miss. Try finding you a calendar on your iPhone or email to always use from now on.

Google Calendar goes everywhere with you....

The only thing I can do from here is appeal the decision but I'm not sure how to go about it. Is this case sealed and done or do I have options? Can I re file a suit minus what he received on his counter suit?

Seems to me that you could/should have asked them when you were there a day late since you were actually there and all.....If you did, what did the ones who deal with things like this tell you? If you didn't, well that's a missed opportunity.

If you could imagine my anger towards myself yesterday when leaving the courthouse...your right but handling things today and already filed a motion.
