I bush-hogged all day yesterday. Woke up last night choking on mucus draining from my sinuses.

Doesn't bother me as much since I had my sinus passages surgically cleaned. Daily nasal irrigation helps a lot.
I cut the grass Friday and my dogs face was covered with the green stuff from following me around.

Barbiturates is what they gave me for allergy migraines. Power stuff! It was that and a big dose of caffeine. So it gave me worse insomnia than I already had. No bueno! Flushed it after I felt what it did. Kept me up with insane nausea.

Anyone try local honey. Try to find some local honey and eat a couple tablespoons each morning. Supposed to help.

If you can get it with the honeycomb and chew on it for a while before you eat it. That's what helps me every year when it gets bad.
