Yeah, called Cherokee today and they confirmed they have no mil surplus of any kind... This is getting harder and harder to find one of 17.5 million mosins!

J and G has some m53's for 129.00 right now but you need a C and R license to order one. If you buy one from someone who purchased it with their C and R they have to get some info from you but no background check I am aware of. Good luck!
