Macon, Any town in Macon County and Albany would top my list.

GA has some pretty areas but high income (compared to TN and FL) and higher property taxes pushing people away.

I have never lived in Macon but stopped there on my way to take my family to Disney in 2005, my wife and son called it a 3rd world city. I'm glad, I'm did not get stationed there while in the military.

Where would you have been stationed in Macon? You arent so old you are from Camp Wheeler days are ya?

I’m assuming robins Air Force base or if he was AGR for the national guard or reserves the reserve center on riverside or the Georgia 48th BDE HQ and their BSB on gray highway.

I know several AGR guys stationed at the BDE HQ.
